Standard Delivery Procedure
Delivery of items from CrosleyRepros.com is approx 5 business days from the day you receive your final confirmation email stating that your order has been processed along with your invoice that shows purchase total including shipping. UPS Ground service is used for all but very large items and are shipped from the US.
We do not ship to locations outside the US.

Defective Product Returns
We accept returns on defective product replacement within 90 days. Goods must be in same condition as received. New product will be replaced if within warranty period.
Defective Product Return Procedure
Following these easy return instructions will result in quick and easy returns, and therefore will mean faster replacement of your item.
To initiate return of defective product, please contact us by filling in the form that can be obtained by clicking here. Be sure to describe the nature of the defect. Please include original order number as well as the person's name the item was ordered under and date ordered.
A new item will be shipped to your home, along with a return "Call Tag" that will allow you to affix the shipping label to your repackaged and sealed original shipping container and return it to our distributor.
